In just two days with Coach Hugo I gained high jump knowledge that felt almost too good to be true. Not only is he able to very simply point out what the athlete needs to work on, he then goes on to explain it in a way he knows the athlete will understand. If you’re still not understanding trust that Coach Hugo will find a way. He will adjust in any and every way needed to help you succeed. On a more personal level Coach Hugo really helped me tone in on my personal attributes as a jumper and what my strong suits are. He puts great emphasis on the technicality of high jump and how and why you must do certain things. His training expertise is something you will not see very often. I certainly won’t take this experience with Coach Hugo for granted and neither should any of you jumpers that want to take it to the next level. I am walking away from this experience a much more confident and technical focused high jumper knowing what I need to tone in on in order to execute. Thank you Coach Hugo!
