What do you say about a Coach like Hugo Munoz!! He is a true Class Act and has a sincere heart for the athletes that he coaches. I took my son to one of Coach Munoz’s high jump camps a few months ago. At that time he was jumping 6’8 consistently. Coach Munoz told us that my son would be jumping 7′ in the coming year and he did in fact achieve that this month at a State Invitational track meet. Before his second attempt of which he jumped 7′, he explained to me that as he stood there contemplating his second jump, he remembered things that Coach Munoz had told him and he knew he had to implement them at that moment! He made a beautiful 7′ jump and continues to strive for his personal best. He almost jumped 7’1 last week at a High School meet. We are so thankful for Coach Munoz and everything he taught Zach. We look forward to possibly attending another one of his camps this summer! We thank him for sharing his expertise, his time, his talent and especially his genuine heart.
